Factory

Our state of the art factory is strategically located in the port city of Cochin in Kerala, South India. Our production line is equipped with the latest in technology and our trained personnel have experience and expertise in the field.

Safety is also a priority area for us and the safety of our employees in the workplace is one of the key operating principles that guides our work.The plant complies with all major environment and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols. Our facility is ISO 22000:2005, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, KOSHER, HALAL & FSSAI certified. We also possess Drug License as per government norms.



Laboratory & Quality Assurance

We have a modern and well equipped laboratoryto conduct all the chemical and microbiology tests to assure our products comply with international standards.

We have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all our operations at the plant and the quality assurance department ensures that procedures are adhered to. The batch numbering system ensures the traceability of our products across our production line. We make every effort to ensure our products are of the highest quality and produced following stringent safety protocols. The quality assurance department has procedures which start with evaluation of raw materials and lasts up to dispatch of finished goods.

The control lab personnel undertake the analysis of raw material, intermediate products, and final products and the quality assurance department independently oversees and if required, checks the analysis.



Research & Development

Innovation is a part of our work culture and Research and Development (R&D) has been a core focus of the company since its inception. We have an advanced R&D department with a pilot plant where all new products are processed and tested before large scale commercial production.

Our cutting edge R&D department have developed new applications and improved production processes for better yield and quality which have become norms for the industry. They also help us to reduce costs which lowers product prices, enhance sensory properties that makesthe food more attractive, improve food safety, add convenience, and offer greater choices of food items to consumers.
